Associate Business Analyst

As an Associate Business Analyst based in Chennai and reporting to the IT Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing support to business users on ERP applications - Baan V and Infor LN. - Processing tickets from business users on ERP processes and analyzing them. - Responding to queries or providing inputs to the Dev teams for making enhancements in the solutions to meet the requirements. - Testing new solutions delivered by development teams and ensuring delivery to end users as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Functional knowledge and educational background in financial processes. - 4 to 5 years of related experience. - Demonstrated knowledge of functional concepts. - Awareness of the functional impact on work processes and other functions. - Preferred knowledge of Baan5/LN Finance implementation. - Team-focused with good communication and documentation skills.,
