Associate - Business Analyst-Back-End/ Non Voice / Customer Service -Email

As an English-speaking Travel expert with previous experience in handling travel queries over call, mail, and chat, your role will involve utilizing your good knowledge of Airlines Fares, Hotel & Car bookings, and working experience on GDS to address various travel-related queries. This includes tasks such as Ticket Issuance, Re-issue, Refunds, and EMDs. To excel in this role, you must maintain high accuracy and productivity standards while demonstrating a willingness to learn. Your responsibilities will also include interacting with clients via email to resolve queries and establish positive working relationships with customers. Additionally, you will be expected to participate in process improvement initiatives, exhibit flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. It is essential to note that you will be required to work on all Indian holidays due to the nature of the process, which follows servicing market holidays.
