As an Associate at BOD Consulting, you will be a key member of our dynamic team based in Delhi, with a preference for candidates from Ghaziabad, Noida, or East Delhi. In this role, you will actively contribute to strategy, ideation, and execution, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, consumer insights, and business strategy. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to derive actionable insights, managing data acquisition, tabulation, cleaning, and analysis processes, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and translating research findings into actionable insights and presentations. Additionally, you will be involved in analyzing competitor and market landscapes to develop strategic recommendations, supporting brand development initiatives, marketing campaigns, and growth strategy projects, and participating in client workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder interviews to co-create solutions. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree in business management or a related field, with 0-2 years of work experience in data analysis, research, or marketing strategy. Proficiency in data acquisition, tabulation, cleaning, and analysis, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should also possess the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, demonstrate a curious mindset, and be open to continuous learning and growth opportunities.
