Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, based in Ahmedabad. The Associate will be responsible for attending to guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. The role also involves assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel, as well as supporting other staff in their duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Customer service and communication skills
Experience in front office and reservations management
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Proficiency in using hotel management software
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
