Role Summary

As an Associate Area Business Head, you will take on a fast-paced field sales role, directly representing NIAT in schools and colleges. Your primary goal will be to build awareness and trust in the brand among students, educators, and institutions in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit higher secondary schools and colleges to conduct student demo sessions and presentations
  • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with principals, administrators, and educational influencers
  • Organize and execute local events, stalls, and marketing campaigns to drive visibility and student engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and ensure consistent daily reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills in Telugu along with basic proficiency in English
  • Passionate about student outreach, education, and field engagement
  • Open to extensive travel within the assigned region (travel expenses covered)
  • Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 4 years of experience in sales, education counseling, or business development
  • Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler and a personal laptop
