Job Objective

To build a results-driven, compliant sales environment that fosters performance, ethical conduct, and employee growth. The role demands a strong focus on acquisition, profitability, and leading a team of sales professionals towards consistent achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a geographically assigned team of sales professionals, optimize their deployment, and identify high-potential markets and opportunities.
  • Drive the team to exceed business acquisition and profitability goals.
  • Promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and ownership throughout the sales function.
  • Build strong relationships with Category A builders to get their projects approved and onboarded.
  • Engage in effective negotiations with builders to secure business at optimal costs.
  • Identify the need for sales training based on market changes, channel performance, and provide actionable feedback to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
  • Implement marketing campaigns and incentive programs; recommend new and innovative strategies to improve regional performance.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to onboard and retain top-performing sales talent.
  • Foster a high-engagement, high-motivation environment that enhances team morale and performance.
  • Ensure timely completion of goal setting, performance reviews, development planning, coaching, and skip-level meetings.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Risk teams to improve business processes and drive profitability across regions.
  • Manage post-sales collection efforts to ensure healthy portfolio performance and reduce delinquencies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Graduate (Any stream); Postgraduate degree is an advantage

Work Experience:

  • 13 years of relevant sales experience preferred
  • Candidates with 510 years of extensive experience in sales, especially managing large teams and channels across multiple regions, are also encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in financial services particularly in Personal Loans, Business Loans, or loans against/purchase of commercial properties highly desirable
