Should have PP and QM SAP Certificate
Candidate should have SAP certificate specific to PP and QM module and should have involved in 1-3 end to end project Implementation. Candidate should have product-based knowledge in SAP.
- Handing of SAP PP and QM module implementation and Support activity.
- Handing of Quality Management system (QMS) process
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
•Work closely with business stakeholders to understand production and planning requirements.
•Analyze existing business processes and map them to SAP PP functionalities.
- System Configuration
•Configure SAP PP sub-modules:
o Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
o Work Center, Routing, Bill of Materials (BOM)
o Process Orders
o Demand Management
o PO confirmation and In-process
• Customize master data as per business needs.
- Integration
•Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules like MM (Material Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and QM (Quality Management).
• Coordinate with other functional consultants for cross-module functionalities.
- Testing
• Prepare test scripts and conduct unit, integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Work with QA teams to validate PP processes.
- Training & Support
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on PP processes.
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support.
• Resolve incidents and handle change requests in production environments.
- Documentation
• Create functional specifications, process documentation, and training manuals.
- Should be able to do configuration as per business requirement
- Should know the LSMW creation and other module integration
