Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for an Associate Architect. The Associate Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, conducting project management, and integrating architectural solutions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, conducting design research, producing construction documents, and ensuring all projects adhere to building codes and regulations. The Associate Architect will also collaborate with other architects and engineers on the team to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; professional licensure is a plus
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Ability to adapt to new and evolving technologies in architecture
