The Workflow Process Automation team optimizes business processes, enhancing productivity and enabling employees to focus on strategic activities. Through innovative solutions, the team supports the organizations objectives with efficient and scalable automation.

As an Analytics Solutions Associate, you will play a pivotal role within a dynamic team that conducts in-depth process analyses and transforms ideas into scalable solutions by leveraging intelligent automation technologies. The Workflow Process Automation team focuses on customizing firm-wide intelligent automation capabilities to deliver cost-effective modules that accelerate execution, enhance controls, and maximize ROI.

Job responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify manual process touch points, design future-state solutions, and lead development, testing, and deployment of intelligent automation.
• Manage and deliver end-to-end projects in alignment with the team s goverce and execution model.
• Ensure all automation implementations comply with company policies and standards.
• Collaborate closely with business units, technology teams, and control partners to ensure seamless and calibrated delivery.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Expert with hands-on experience in developing intelligent automation solutions, with a primary focus on Power Apps and Power Automate, as well as UI Path (attended & unattended), Python, and Alteryx (advanced).
• Advanced hands-on experience with Signavio, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• 5+ years of experience in technology development, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities, project management, roadblock management, and delivery.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Certification in one of the following technologies Power Platforms, UiPath, or Python
• Demonstrated innovation with the ability to translate concepts into visuals.
• Technical Designer / Solution Architect experience
