Role Overview: As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate in the Finance Decision Optimization (FDO) team at one of the world's most innovative financial organizations, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to enhance financial processes, improve efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve collaborating with teams across Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) to automate processes, systematize data, and visualize results using modern technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Partner effectively with Finance and Risk teams to gather detailed requirements and propose tailored analytical solutions. - Collaborate with Technology and Data Analytics teams to automate data sourcing, enhance solutions, and follow best practices in development. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, support appropriate documentation, and adoption of automated solutions. - Present your observations, results, and recommendations clearly and concisely to all stakeholders in a timely manner. - Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of the new solution on the overall product experience. - Detect and resolve issues related to processes & automated solutions through analysis, collaboration with stakeholders, and testing. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated solutions, making enhancements and adjustments as necessary. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in engineering and/or finance. - 7+ years of relevant experience in a finance/banking domain. - Experience in cloud-native solutions like Databricks, AWS suite, etc. - Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java. - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and present conclusions concisely. - Capable of working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects with tight timelines.
