Role & responsibilities

Complete tasks related to data entry, following up on requests, complaint management, reviewing credit report, researching the system and correcting the credit bureaus, general correspondence, research
• To be able to finish cases assigned within established Turnaround time • Team Player • Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators whilst maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities

Preferred candidate profile

Fresher to 2 yrs experience in email/chat handling ( international background only)
