Associate Analyst- GBS

As a member of The Hackett Group's GBS Executive Advisory Program, your role will involve supporting executives responsible for delivering business services globally. You will have access to market-leading intellectual property and research, as well as a dedicated advisory team to help clients achieve their specific goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct research on GBS-specific topics such as GBS Location selection strategy, GBS Service Management, GBS Service delivery strategy, GBS Governance model, etc. - Work with the Senior Analysts, Team Leaders, Managers, and other team members to support research requirements for client projects. - Manage and complete client inquiries using secondary and proprietary research. - Gather location-specific information through research. - Protect the intellectual property of the organization. - Collaborate with other functions to collect or provide relevant data. - Create error-free structured end-products such as business reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. - Communicate research findings through well-designed PowerPoint deliverables. - Conduct ad hoc research, knowledge-building, and business development projects as necessary. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in conducting secondary and primary research. - Interest and knowledge in GBS (Global Business Services)/ Shared Services/offshoring/outsourcing industry dynamics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to draw insights from data analysis. - Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Experience in customer relationship management. - MBA from a leading business school preferred.
