Job Summary:
Electronic Interchange Associate analyst is responsible for determining system outages that impact service for electronic commerce transactions. (i.e., business applications, BizLink, Gentran, LowesLink ).
- Once an issue has been determined, the appropriate escalation and resolution of any issues using the Merchandising ticketing platform.
- Resolving issues with EDI standards and ensuring adherence to Lowes EDI requirements while working with our partners to resolve issues in the setup of their internal processes and in cases also partnering with a Merchandiser or Inventory Fulfillment stakeholder to send/receive the appropriate information from the vendor.
- Ensuring the validity of the data allows the receiving business systems to accurately determine product arrival, schedule resources accordingly, or advise a customer of an upcoming delivery or delay.
- Supporting the vendor compliance team with RTS and ASN information.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains electronic commerce relationships with Lowe s vendors and freight carriers; ensures compliance with Lowe s internal standards and ANSI standards
- Monitors electronic transmission of electronic commerce documents (e.g., purchase orders) to ensure timely transmission and conformance to standards
- Performs quality control checks of electronic commerce information to ensure timely processing of documents
- Directs network service providers on the electronic information flow to/from Lowe s
- Communicates product flow information to trading partners and to store and distribution center personnel
- Stays current with electronic commerce industry practices and procedures; serves as a resource to provide insight into industry practices as they relate to electronic commerce initiatives

1 years of experience in EDI Management &/or Supply Chain Management
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research or Related Field
Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have)
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate between business and technical teams.
- Basic understanding of ANSI & EDIFACT EDI Standards as well as purchase orders, invoices & ship notice documents.
- Attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Inventory Management, Planning, Forecasting, and Transportation processes and systems
- Excellent writing skills, including the ability to develop documents for presentation to stakeholders & external partners.
Secondary Skills (desired)
- Data mining & visualization tools like SQL & Power BI
