Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Analyst in the Analytics & Metrics team at Mastercard, you will be a core member of the Global Statistics / Quarterly Mastercard Reporting (QMR) group. Your main responsibility will be to support the collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational data. You will use analytics to analyze customer-reported data to prevent revenue leakage and provide analytical research for management discussions. Additionally, you will be involved in delivering advanced customer performance data analytics, supporting projects related to operational metrics and revenue, and assisting in system enhancements and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Support collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational data - Analyze customer-reported data to prevent revenue leakage - Provide analytical research for management discussions - Deliver advanced customer performance data analytics - Support projects related to operational metrics and revenue - Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues quickly - Provide customer support and training on QMR topics - Maintain clear and concise documentation for tracking inquiries - Support quarterly QMR business updates to regional finance teams - Contribute to developing and testing system enhancements and process improvements Qualifications Required: - Self-starter and fast learner who thrives under tight timelines - Intellectually curious with a focus on driving issues to the root cause - Ability to organize and prioritize workload with multiple tasks - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to present persuasive analysis - Preferred experience in FP&A - Experience with change management and delivering process change in an operational environment, Six Sigma certifications are a plus - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail - Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral - Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn internal applications,
