Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing:

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.

Accounting & Ledger Maintenance

Reconcile vendor statements Knocking off

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in month-end closing.

Excel reporting & Mis work

Invoices read thru VIM platform
Multiple station Passenger data preparation & confirmation Weekly, Fortnightly
Rent Security Deposit Confirmation in excel
Collection Charges passenger updation in excel
Collection Charges Invoices Scan copy send thru E-mail, and Hard copy dispatch thru CO-Mail & Courier.
Bank Guarantee Scan copy send thru E-mail, and Hard copy dispatch thru CO-Mail & Courier. Voucher Printing, Scanning etc..
Ensure timely Invoices Download & Extract from the Vendor portal
Passenger (Arrival/Departure) extract from the portal.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Skills Required:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
