SYSTRA Indias valuable presence in India roots back to 1957, where SYSTRA worked on the electrification of Indian Railways Our technical excellence, holistic approach and the tremendous talent provides a career that puts people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency, Understand better who we are by visiting systrain Context Systra India's design business line is the leading design team for metros, highways, special bridges, Urban Planning and water projects in India The team has designed over 900 kms of viaduct & Bridges along with 43 kms of tunnels and 82 underground stations, 345 Elevated & at-grade Stations, 19 Depots besides 300 plus stations being designed currently The team has also completed 3,165 km of highways detail design projects and 22,506 km of design/ feasibility projects The team has also worked on detailed design for Drainage and Utilities, design of WTP and STP We are also very proud to have designed the first monopile in India for the Mumbai Coastal Road project We have the distinction of designing the fastest implemented metro project in the country with Lucknow and now have broken the record in Kanpur Metro Apart from Indian projects the team also provides design services to projects as far as Philippines in the east to Columbia in the West, We are also conversant with BIM (Building Information Modelling) which enhances all stages of the infrastructure life cycle, from design to construction and maintenance, which is why we integrate it into our projects and offer it to our clients Our design team has extensive exposure to both domestic and international markets, contracts, codes and specification, Missions/Main Duties Design and implement land use, zoning, and infrastructure plans for urban development, Analyse spatial, demographic, transport, and environmental data using planning tools and software, Prepare technical reports, maps, and visual presentations for stakeholders and decision-makers, Conduct public consultations and engage with communities to gather feedback and build consensus, Review development proposals and assess their alignment with planning regulations and strategic goals, Collaborate with architects, engineers, and environmental experts to integrate multidisciplinary inputs, Monitor progress of urban projects and recommend adjustments for improved outcomes, Stay informed on planning laws, policies, and emerging trends in urban and regional development, Profile/Skills Master's degree in urban and Regional Planning / Transport Planning / Environment Planning or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute, 2+ years of similar professional experience Strong Report writing, presentation and analytical skills, Proficiency in using urban planning software and tools for data analysis, mapping, and visualization, We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency As we are growing, this is time to be a part of this challenging adventure Its not a job its a career!
