Provides coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports; models and provides leadership examples for organization. Qualifications Bachelors Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience Req Experienced in migrating legacy dashboards to new environments and identifying opportunities to leverage the newer features Has led small development teams (3-6 developers) for Tableau/Analytics solutions driving both excellence in delivery and mentorship of the team Have experience with developing career progression plans for a team
