Work as an individual contributor Support Management Dashboards, Performance review decks, Storytelling using data, Data consolidation, BI Analytics and Reporting (notification of data or results through excel and Power BI (visualization tool), Metrics and KPI reporting across Omnichannel, Web, Email, CRM domain Handle commercial analytics projects, specifically brand performance and customer analytics projects with proficiency Interact and communicate with internal counterparts in different Business Units and external clients to gather project background, business requirements and end objective Support development and analytics activities

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines Ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions Able to support o Campaign level performance analytics and reporting across digital and social channels o Mass email and subject line analytics and reporting o Veeva (1:1) email analytics and reporting (also includes email to web, deep link analytics and reporting as well) o Customer analytics, channel mix analysis and reporting o Website analytics and reporting (e.g., visitor/unique visitor, audience reports, virtual meeting hub reports etc.) o Data manipulation, analysis, and reporting of large volume of sales and Physician level datasets o To streamline, standardize and automate the bespoke reports into dashboards (consolidate ask to bring in consistency and to avoid duplicate reports or dashboards Develop a good understanding of consumer offerings, proprietary databases, and analytical approaches to effectively guide and support client-facing IQVIA counterparts across globe mainly in Europe and Emerging Markets Present findings and recommendations to counterparts in business point of view Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and problem-solving ability with demonstrated hands-on work experience in analytics Should be a quick learner and open for new technologies. Should pick up domain knowledge and relevant technical skills quickly Work independently on defined tasks with 100% ownership on outcomes and timelines Clearly communicate project outputs and identified risks to concern project team Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others as well as an individual Proper documentation of all the project related activities
Qualifications
Bachelor or master s degree in Economics / Econometrics / Statistics / Operations Research / Mathematics / Data Mining OR B. Tech / MBA with relevant experience
Must-have skills 1 - 4 years of experience in analytics using the following skills: o Proficiency in MS office applications such as Excel and Power Point. Experience in Excel VBA or other dashboarding technologies is a plus o Proficiency in base Python, Databricks and SQL Strong pharma domain knowledge Expertise in data visualization and synthesis, dashboarding, Business Intelligence software like Power BI Familiarity with Pharma data Strong problem solving, business analysis, and quantitative skills Understand principles of Data Management and insights generation
Good to have skills:
