Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Mumbai. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales activities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role includes preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and aptitude for identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports, and meet sales targets
• Customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction
• Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
