Job Description

In this role, you will: - **Client Servicing**: - Lead the client relationship, manage expectations and deliverables. - Identify client's communication needs through all channels and guide them on creating an integrated partnership. - Input into measurable business impact of clients in real-time. - **Project Management**: - Lead and execute various client projects end-to-end with support from internal team members. - **Team Management**: - Lead and manage multiple teams on various accounts smoothly. - Ensure healthy communication and work allocation. - Drive organizational culture, values & vision across the team. - **Planning**: - Lead planning on various accounts for campaigns, engagements, and new business pitches. - Build a strong succession/second line for your team. - **Account Operations**: - Ensure smooth functioning of the account internally to meet all deliverables. - Coordinate with key stakeholders. - Have an in-depth understanding of the scope of work and monetization of key elements in the delivery process. For this role, you need to have: - **Communication Skills**: - Comfort and confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. - **Team Management Skills**: - Ability to work with multiple teams efficiently and ensure knowledge transfer and mentoring. - **Domain Knowledge**: - Ample knowledge and interest in the digital domain. - Suggest best practices to clients and team members. - **Attitude**: - Open attitude to work with people from different backgrounds. - Willingness to learn and apply learnings in everyday work. - **Problem Solving**: - Creative problem-solving mindset to tackle everyday challenges on the accounts.
