Location: Trees & Tigers Wildlife Lodge, Tadoba

Experience: 1–3 years (hospitality/lodge experience preferred)

Joining: Immediate

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, dedicated Assistant Chef to support day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure quality and hygiene, and delight guests with hearty, home-style, and regional cuisine.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Head Chef in prep and cooking across all meal times

* Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure food safety standards

* Support menu planning and presentation, especially for buffets and personalized guest meals

* Learn and contribute to local and wildlife lodge-style cuisine

* Interact with guests when required to understand preferences

Requirements:

* Culinary training or relevant kitchen experience

* Knowledge of Indian & regional cuisines (veg and non-veg)

* Ability to work in a remote, nature-centric environment

* Strong teamwork, time management, and attention to detail
