Assistant/Deputy Manager - Quality Planning

You will be responsible for the following key activities: - Identifying training needs within the organization - Evaluating new training vendors and agencies - Coordinating and assisting in finalizing training content - Ensuring effective participation in training programs within the department/division - Conducting induction training for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs), Lateral hires, and organizing communication meetings You should possess the following competencies: - Strong Technical/Functional skills including Training Need Identification (TNI) - Good communication skills - Analytical and Presentation skills - Problem-solving abilities - Positive learning attitude The educational qualification required for this role is: - Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B Tech),
