Job Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager - Marketing (Real Estate)

Location: Chennai perumbakkam

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for residential projects, including market research, target audience identification, and positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Manage online marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content updates.
• Coordinate and execute events, open houses, and property launches to promote residential projects and engage potential buyers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, advertising agencies, and media outlets to maximize marketing reach.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 + years of experience in marketing within the real estate sector, with a focus on residential projects.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and buyer behavior.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
