Assistant/Associate Professor (MCA Department)

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MCA/M.Tech./M.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent) with First Class.
• Ph.D. in Computer Science / Data Science / related field is an added advantage (preferred).
• Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience in Computer Applications / Software Development.Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience in Computer Applications / Software Development.

Technical Expertise (Preferred Areas)

• Full Stack Development: Frontend (React/Angular/Vue), Backend (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET), Database Management.
• Data Science & AI: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Analytics, Python/R, Cloud Platforms.
• Additional Skills (Desirable): Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Big Data, Mobile App Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate (BCA) and postgraduate (MCA) courses in Computer Applications.
• Mentor students in projects, internships, and research activities.
• Develop and deliver curriculum content with emphasis on industry readiness.
• Engage in research and publish in reputed journals/conferences.
• Collaborate with industry for guest lectures, workshops, and placements.
• Contribute to departmental activities, academic committees, and accreditation processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in Full Stack Development or Data Science.
• Effective teaching and mentoring skills with use of modern pedagogy and ICT tools.
• Research orientation with ability to secure publications and projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
