Job Description

Experience: 4 to 8 years in front-end treasury.

Reporting: Head of Treasury.

Industry: BFSI only

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification:

CA/MBA with relevant experience in treasury of a NBFC
Candidate must have good communication skills (Oral & written)

Role:-

Actively engage with existing and potential lenders and investors to raise debt liabilities and assist the Head - Treasury in day-to-day management.
Preparing proposals, term sheets, Information Memorandum and compiler of other information required by banks, Mutual funds, other financial intermediaries for fund raising under new/renewal/enhancement of limits.
Ensuring availability of funds for the day- to-day operations
Ensuring meeting payment obligations for all funding requirements of internal and external commitments of the company
Preparing ALM presentations for ALCO review and ALM reports for agencies, other MIS reports for Senior Management.
Negotiating with Lenders on commercial & legal aspects
Treasury Compliance
Credit rating surveillance
Providing quarterly balance confirmation from banks, statements and other details required by auditors for quarterly audit purpose.
