Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise mailbox and prioritize important emails from banks and clients
• Ensuring Payments/Cashman/Queries procedures and timelines are being followed • Review applicable accounting reports and accounts to ensure accuracy and no outstanding before month/quarter/year end • Provide effective communication between the business, banks, and the other client departments. • Assist in the development, implementation, and training for the applications. • Understanding and maintenance of accurate internal controls. • Ensuring all SLAs should be green and 100% accuracy on quarterly SOX audit results • Closure on all internal/external audit observations • Run required reports on daily basis • Investigate queries and provide RCA for any customer concerns • Provide training to backup resource • Download updates and update procedure document as and when required • Handle query/bank calls, cash flows • Review and approval of receipts and payments • Take funds movement decisions
