Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Vice-President in Office Leasing Advisory, your primary responsibilities will include organizing and synchronizing information to create functional database systems, evaluating, designing, reviewing, and implementing databases, setting up meetings with key decision makers to understand their real estate requirements, and managing the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations and proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and synchronize information to create functional database systems - Evaluate, design, review, and implement databases to better serve the needs of businesses - Set up meetings with key decision makers to understand their real estate requirements - Manage the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations and proposals - Assess client requirements, initiate and maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, and participate in proposal discussions - Support the transaction advisory team to effectively conclude real estate transactions - Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, and market intelligence - Ensure optimum client service delivery through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, timely follow-ups, and submission of company proposals - Govern overall engagement during the execution phase Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial skills with the ability to adapt to change - Self-starter, confident, collaborative, with the ability to multitask and work in a team - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
