Key Critical Skills Required For This Role Include

• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for corporate clients, including document collection, due diligence, and system setup.
• Work directly with Relationship Managers and sales teams to ensure accurate transfer of client requirements and expectations.
• Ensure all client information is captured, processed, and stored according to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during the onboarding process.
• Ensure corporate onboarding complies with regulatory and legal requirements such as KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other relevant compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to conduct thorough due diligence and ensure risk factors are properly addressed.
• Stay updated with evolving regulations and industry best practices to maintain compliance during the onboarding process.
