Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution strategy and execution for the consumer banking group within the assigned cluster
• Manage and lead a team of relationship managers and sales professionals to drive business growth and customer acquisition
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product/service delivery
• Set performance targets, monitor key metrics, and provide coaching and mentorship to the team
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a proven track record of leading a sales or distribution team
• Strong understanding of the consumer banking landscape, including products, services, and customer needs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business requirements
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field
