Assistant Vice President – Channel Sales

We are hiring a seasoned Channel Sales Head to drive high-volume real estate sales through an extensive broker network. The role requires a numbers-driven mindset and strong leadership.
Role & responsibilitiesVice President of Channel Sales is responsible for developing and managing a company's partnerships with resellers, distributors, and other indirect sales channels.They create strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and strengthen relationships with channel partners.This role involves setting sales targets, negotiating agreements, and ensuring that partners have the necessary resources and support.Strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management skills are essential to success in this position.Drive sales targets for the assigned residential project, ensuring consistent monthly and quarterly closures.Lead a team of sales team leads, executives, and support at the site.Manage daily site operations including team briefings, customer meetings, and lead walk-ins.Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, IPCs, channel partners, and referral networks.Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on site branding, collaterals, campaigns, and lead quality.Ensure excellent customer experience at the site from enquiry to booking to handover support.Provide regular sales MIS, dashboards, and forecasts to management.Work closely with the CRM teams to drive deal closures and documentation.Track competitor activities and provide inputs for pricing and product positioning.Preferred candidate profile15+ years of real estate sales experience, primarily in channel salesMBA mandatory in related field.Strong CP network and market connectStrong team management, communication, and negotiation skillsExperience in handling HNI clients and luxury product positioningExposure to channel sales management and on-site walk-in conversionResults-oriented with a customer-first mindset and process discipline.
