Job Description

As an Assistant Vice President - BI Architect at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of business intelligence strategy and architecture. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead BI Architecture: Design and implement a scalable and secure BI architecture that meets business requirements. - BI Strategy: Develop and execute a BI strategy that aligns with business objectives. - Power BI and Tableau Expertise: Design and implement Power BI and Tableau solutions, including data modeling, visualization, and reporting. - Data Warehousing: Design and implement data warehouses and data marts to support BI solutions. - Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security. - Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs. - Team Leadership: Lead a team of BI developers and analysts to design and implement BI solutions. - Vendor Management: Manage relationships with BI vendors, including Power BI and Tableau. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong technical skills in Power BI, Tableau, data warehousing, data governance, and business analytics. - Leadership experience in leading teams of BI developers and analysts. - Excellent communication skills in working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs. - Strong problem-solving skills in designing and implementing BI solutions that meet business requirements. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications/skills: - Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools. - Experience with cloud-based BI solutions such as Power BI, Tableau Online, or Google Data Studio. - Experience with data science tools such as Python, R, or SQL. Please note that the job is based in India-Hyderabad and is a full-time position.
