Assistant to Director and Manager

The Assistant role involves providing support to the Director and Manager in various daily business tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are starting their career and want to gain experience in coordination, communication, and office operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Director and Manager with administrative work, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting notes. You will also be responsible for drafting and formatting emails, letters, and reports, coordinating with internal teams for effective communication, tracking tasks and project updates, and maintaining organized records and documents. Additionally, you will use Excel to create reports, track data, and manage files. We are looking for candidates who are graduates in any discipline, including freshers. Strong communication and writing skills are essential, along with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Basic skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are also required.
