Assistant Technician

Role Overview: You will be part of an Assembly & Test operations group where you will be involved in debugging test programs and yield enhancement activities. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in revenue improvement projects and engage in external interface and program/product discussions with Customers. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting device and test software as well as hardware, along with troubleshooting electronics and mechanical equipment for breakdown maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Debug test programs and participate in yield enhancement activities. - Drive revenue improvement projects. - Engage in external interface and program/product discussions with Customers. - Troubleshoot device and test software and hardware. - Troubleshoot electronics and mechanical equipment for breakdown maintenance. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Electronics & Communications/Mechanical or equivalent. - Direct experience in any ATE and IC Test Methodology. - Experience in IC ATE test program debugging is highly desired. - Familiarity with measurement tools like spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, or vector analyzers is a strong advantage. - Ability to work under minimal supervision or possess good project management and reporting skills. - Bottom-line driven with good interpersonal skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration. - Good communication skills. - Ability to multitask on multiple projects and perform well in pressure situations.
