Job Description

You will be responsible for maintenance and repair of the facilities, grounds, and equipment, which includes carpentry, electrical wiring, plumbing, masonry, and painting for various structures like floors, sinks, walls, roofs, and carpets. You will actively assist the Facilities Technician in all tasks, which may involve janitorial duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning walls. You will work from charts, blueprints, manuals, specifications, and other written and verbal instructions specific to the trade. Operating and maintaining equipment, machines, and tools relevant to the trade is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will use various measuring and electrical instruments applicable to the specific trade and perform related duties as required within the scope of this function.
