Provide technical service support at customer factories.
Perform robot installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
Attend service calls and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and spare requirements.
Maintain service records and submit service reports as required.
Service Engineer handling capital machinery.
Experience in plastic injection molding machines or molding machine auxiliaries will be an added advantage.
