Assistant team leader

As a Supporting Team Lead, your role involves assisting the Team Lead in overseeing the team's daily operations and ensuring goals are met. You will be responsible for task coordination by helping to organize and distribute tasks among team members to ensure efficient workflow. Your communication facilitation skills will be crucial in ensuring clear and effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders. Monitoring team performance towards goals and providing regular feedback to team members will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in the onboarding and training of new team members and help address and resolve conflicts that may arise within the team. Your role will also involve assisting in the preparation of reports on team performance and progress, contributing to problem-solving efforts, and ensuring effective delegation of tasks among team members.
