Job Description

As a potential candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining basic hygiene and professional standards across the team. Your strong interpersonal skills will be essential in managing staff effectively, resolving internal and customer queries with empathy and efficiency, and supporting staff in handling customer interactions. Moreover, you will be expected to ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, monitor calls and interactions for quality assurance, and provide coaching and feedback to improve service delivery.,
