Job description Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed Pharma company as a Assistant Manager SCM (Supply Chain Management) and he will be responsible for handling following:- Job Responsibilities: 1) Candidate will be responsible for monitor, analyze, and optimize inventory levels to reduce excess and prevent stock outs and Forecast demand and plan stock replenishment efficiently and Ensure product availability at the right place, time, and quantity and Indent planning, production coordination, and institutional order management. 2) Candidate will be responsible for oversee logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and inter-depot transfers and Appoint and manage transporters; verify freight and transportation bills and Conduct CFA audits and ensure regulatory compliance and Optimize logistics cost, transit lead time, and inventory accuracy. 3) Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce order processing and marketplace management and Track sales, returns, credit notes, and customer satisfaction metrics and update inventory on e-commerce platforms and ensure timely fulfillment and coordinate with sales, production, and finance teams for smooth operations. 4) Candidate will be responsible for prepare and analyze MIS reports for inventory, logistics, and sales performance and Reconcile distributor payments and party ledgers and Monitor and improve key KPIs such as OTIF, credit note TAT, and logistics cost. 5) Candidate will be responsible for address customer inquiries, resolve order discrepancies, and enhance the buyer experience and maintain clear communication with suppliers, distributors, internal teams, and customers. 6) Candidate will be responsible for ensure adherence to company policies, GST regulations, and industry standards and identify and implement process improvements across operations. Required candidate profile Qualification- MBA / Postgraduate Candidate should have 5 to 7 yrs. in relevant experience in Supply Chain Management , Sales forecasting, production planning, e-commerce platforms. Candidate should have good experience in Advanced MS Excel (mandatory), PowerPoint, SAP/ERP, Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills , Inventory management, e-commerce logistics, procurement, regulatory compliance.
