Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Supervisor to join our team. The Assistant Supervisor will support daily operations, help coordinate team activities, and ensure work processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily tasks and team operations.
• Coordinate and monitor the workflow to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Support the team in maintaining quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Help in preparing basic reports and maintaining records.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn and apply company procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Handle minor issues or escalate them to higher management when necessary.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or similar tools).
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (any discipline).
