Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans, business proposals, and annual work plans.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other data to support performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Assist in managing project lifecycles, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and monitoring progress against timelines.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and internal memos, and maintain relevant documentation and archives.
  • Coordinate meetings, collect meeting materials, and help document meeting minutes.
  • Support communication with various departments and stakeholders to ensure data is gathered and submissions are timely.
