Description

The Assistant Storekeeper - ERP is responsible for supporting inventory management processes and ensuring the efficient operation of the store. This role involves assisting with stock control, data entry in ERP systems, and maintaining accurate records of goods received and dispatched.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
Pick and pack orders as per the requirements.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.
Assist in preparing reports related to inventory and stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage area.

Skills and Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
Proficiency in using ERP software and inventory management systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of warehousing and logistics operations.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
