Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the store. Your primary focus will be on creating a welcoming environment for customers by greeting them, assisting with inquiries, and promptly addressing their needs. You will be expected to exhibit exemplary behaviors for the staff, such as driving sales, managing cash, handling inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with the Store Manager will be crucial as you work together to forecast business trends, identify opportunities for growth, and maintain high standards for the store's appearance. You will play a key role in maximizing sales by prioritizing tasks, adjusting schedules, ensuring correct pricing and displays, and managing inventory levels efficiently. In addition to overseeing daily store operations, you will be responsible for receiving vendor deliveries, stocking the sales floor, enforcing company policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. Your role will also involve actively engaging with customers to promote sales through product demonstrations and creative display ideas. Your commitment to upholding organizational standards, contributing to team efforts, and generating daily sales reports will be essential in achieving success in this role. You may be required to perform additional duties as needed to support the store's operations effectively. This position requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hotel Management, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages is preferred.
