Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
Supervise sales floor activities to drive revenue growth through effective merchandising and visual display.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail store operations.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Marketing) to achieve business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in Retail Store Operations or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Inventory Management principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective supervision and teamwork.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
