Assistant Store Manager / Inventory Manager

As a Store Manager at Wedtree EStore Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning. Your role will involve leading, training, and managing store staff to achieve performance targets. You will be expected to ensure exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints effectively, and enforce store policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations, as well as controlling store expenses and effectively managing budgets.
