Responsibility’s : ONLY WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF HANDLING RETAIL STORE ABOVE 2 years EXPERIENCE.
1. Ensuring adherence to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity , brand standards , company policies and procedures.
2. Delivering excellent customer service on the floor
3. Generating sales at the store by up-selling and cross-selling.
4. Should have good communication skills ( English must )
5.Responsible for maintaining inventory levels at the store and controlling shrinkage as per company standards.
6. Monitor , Review and ensure all KPI’S of the store staff are met on on-going basis.
