Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Manager Store at Vesta Grand Central, Udaipur, you will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining store operations to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, handling inventory control, procurement processes, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the success of our property. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of goods. - Manage inventory control, conduct stock audits, and maintain accurate records. - Handle procurement and purchasing processes aligning with hotel requirements. - Prepare purchase orders, coordinate approvals, and monitor supply chain activities for timely material delivery. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and inventory. - Regularly update management on stock levels, purchase requirements, and cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com) - Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes. - Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software. - Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. - Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
