Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations including receiving, stocking, issuing, and inventory control.
  
• Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels to ensure continuous supply and avoid stockouts.
  
• Oversee physical verification and reconciliation of stock periodically.
  
• Implement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to manage inventory flow.
  
• Ensure proper documentation of goods receipts, issues, and returns in ERP/software system.
  
• Support in conducting audits, inventory checks, and cycle counting.
  
• Train and supervise store staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
  
• Identify and resolve issues related to material shortages, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.
  
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, turnover ratios, and aging stocks.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in store/warehouse management, preferably in [Industry].
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  
• Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques, FIFO/LIFO, and material handling.
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
