Assistant Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising. Oversee sales floor activities, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints efficiently. Supervise a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques and performance expectations. Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in retail management or related field (apparel industry preferred). Strong knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
