We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager who can take charge of our expanding coffee counters and food supply operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of multiple Upper Brew counters across Bangalore. Drive food supply orders for corporate cafeterias, tuck shops, and offices. Identify and onboard skilled cooks, chefs, and food vendors to enhance our offerings. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance for smooth operations. Ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Support management in scaling new outlets and driving growth.
