Now we’re setting up our first store and we’re looking for people who want to build something iconic from day one. 📍 Location: Primrose Road, Bangalore 📅 Start Date: July 2025 💼 Compensation: ₹21000 - ₹23000 (based on experience) 🕐 Shift: 10 hours/day · 6 days/week You’ll work with: In-house sauces, ferments, and brines Roasted, cured, marinated proteins (all done in-house) Whacky stuff like soy-cured yolks, housemade seasoning blends, housemade butters, etc. What we expect from you: 2+ years of full-time experience working in a professional kitchen Solid foundation in knife skills, station setup, cleanliness Able to follow prep systems and work independently when needed Comfortable working on a prep-heavy, detail-driven menu Conversational English is a big plus You respect the hustle. Clean mise, good energy, and no drama What you'll be doing: Supporting the Jr. Sous and Head Chef with daily prep Keeping your station clean, labelled, and ready to fire Learning how to build flavour from scratch Learning how to play with textures in food Managing your daily checklist and batch log Participating in trials and tastings Tasting everything you serve. Ensure all kitchen stewarding (KST) activities including proper washing, drying, and storage of all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained in the kitchen, back areas, and dishwashing zone at all times. Manage and monitor washroom cleanliness, replenishing supplies and conducting periodic checks throughout the day. Maintain and follow daily cleaning schedules for all FOH and BOH areas and execute them timely. Conduct routine checks of property (floors, walls, storage, outdoor areas) and alert management of any damage, leakage, or repairs needed. Maintain a proper stock of cleaning agents, tools, and housekeeping supplies. Ensure garbage is disposed of correctly and waste management protocols are followed. Be the on-ground caretaker of the property — keep an eye on everything and take initiative when things go off.

Role Overview We’re looking for a reliable and quick-on-their-feet Assistant Steward to support front-of-house operations. Your main responsibilities will be clearing tables, delivering food to customers, and handling billing. You’ll be the silent engine that keeps service smooth and efficient.
